A Dutch e-commerce platform handling 20,000+ orders a day needed invoicing out of its monolith. We ran the new service beside the old one until tens of thousands of documents matched to the cent, then moved accounts over in small groups. No maintenance window, no invoice number skipped.

An AI goal planner we designed, built and run ourselves: native iOS and web apps, several AI providers, calendar sync and payments through Apple and Stripe. It has more than 1,200 users and is live on the App Store.
